My husband and I spoke with Seth Koppel about three years prior to building our home. Seth had a home listed however when we contacted him the home had sold. Seth is great to work with. He spent considerable time getting to know us and our wants/needs before presenting us with homes that fit our criteria. Again, he was in a constant process of listening and refining to the point that he knew us very well and  ultimately found the home we wanted. We have moved several times and lived in many States, however, Seth is by far the best person we've worked with to find our dream home. We've known Seth for years, he helped us get a rental 3 years ago, and now helped us purchase our first home. We called him up one evening saying we wanted to buy because our lease was going to be up at the end of the next month. The next day we looked at houses, and the day after that put in an  offer. He's answered our calls as early as 7 am and as late as 9 pm, which far exceeds my expectations. With his assistance we have gone through 3 rounds of negotiations, and changed from renters to being approved and just waiting to be handed the keys, in only 14 days!

My husband and I moved to Austin from Frisco. Seth came highly recommended from a friend. He did not disappoint. When we first found out we needed to move to Austin, I contacted Seth. He asked questions to get to know us and what we were looking for. A short time later, I received a list of potential houses. He was very receptive to all our wants and needs.
